Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by YourTech Sana Solutions LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Services

YourTech provides IT consulting, managed IT support, cybersecurity services, network infrastructure, and related technology services.

Communications

By engaging with YourTech, you consent to receive communications via email and SMS related to our services.

SMS Terms:

  • Message frequency: No more than 3 messages per month
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time
  • Reply HELP for assistance
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

YourTech provides services on an as-is basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data and business information.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, FL.
